About Another shot from the Royal Armouries in Leeds - taken before any beer was consumed!

This is a long case with about 5 suits of armour in, all looks like they weigh a ton. Quite liked the side windown on the case, so opened up the aperture fully to blurr the further suits - give it a feeling of depth.

know what you m,ean Ken - thing is, you can't see from this just how thick the armour actually is - hgow they moved in the darn tings I'll never know.

the jousting armour was thickest, but didn't get a decent shot of it - too many reflections :-(

Thank God ! we are living in this so a soft world where power steering are around. We would have had absolutely no chance with these fellows wearing these thingies !

What a bit of McDonalds and KFC's could do to our lives.......

I am sure these fellows with their menacing helmets have the right of way right now. So shall we give way ....

Ade,

Very nice and interesting shot.

regards,
ken.

Cheers PJ, I used channel mixer to do the BW, it was mainly the blue channel, with a bit of red and all the green removed. the green made it kind pasty and lightweight whereas the blue gave the highlights more power.

also did a little dodge and burn on the main helmet.

Nicely done, Ade!
Good angle and d.o.f. achieving the desired effect.
Best regards, Chris
