Yes. This are a massive structures outside Denver Performing Arts. Every morning I see this when I come to office. And everyday I feel the rythm the sculptor has put in these dancing figures :)

Hi Kim,
Thank you for well thought critism of my photograph. Yes, I alsp thought of the same points before taking this picture. Infact I took two more snaps from the base of the statues but lens flare came in. I am attaching them in case you are interested.

I am happy to have N80. Though I have not printed any photograph from that yet, but after using it I feel very good. Its very user friendly and feels good in hand. I went for 50mm/F1.8 lens with it as everyone feedback is - thats a excellent lens from Nikon. Also I bought a 28-100mm/F3.5-5.6 lens. I want to explore and learn more in composition before I go for a telephoto. People sat Sigma 70-300mm APO Macro lens is a good addition rather than 70-00mm Nikon G lens. But thats my later plans as I need to save some money for that.

Surely one I get my first roll developed and printed I will share the pics with you all. Thank you so much for your interest

The colour in this image jumps from the screen... the greens and blues really help to maximize the stark lines of the statues. This is a very well seen shot, and I get a sense of pleasure and freedom while looking at these "dancing" statues.
I just read your post in the forums asking about N80 / D70. I got a F80 about 1 1/2 years ago and it has been an amazing camera. It an easy camera to learn and the functions are all pretty standard to find your way around. Look forward to seeing some new posts with the new camera!
