Haha! I LOVE this! The eye-to-eye level you took this at is perfect and I absolutely love this adorable child's expression! It is definately priceless! The DOF is perfect too... and oh those lips are so cute! I love this, excellent excellent work here!! :)

Thanks K.C...:) I've toyed with using the BW mode on the 20D, but like having the option of color. No, I converted this to a duotone-ish image in Photoshop. I've noticed the BW or duotone "tones" that I can get depend a lot on the original colors and tonal range in the original color image; sometimes it's difficult to get a decent BW image out of the color one, but I assume the BW mode on the camera would probably do no better. But maybe I'm wrong..! I'll have to actually try it sometime.. Regards..:)

perfect!! 7+ - question? do you shoot with your 20D in the BW mode or do you shhot color and convert it in the computer - either way your BW tones are to die for - K
