wow..... this is so powerfully presented! Each flower stands proudly, as if a piece of art, or a statue, that stands alone in a gallery, daring you to look closely. This is awesome, as is so much of the rest of your portfolio...you have a wonderful ability to showcase your work in limited lighting situations. This not only adds mystery, but invites the viewer to look beyond the obvious. Terrific work, Arwa! ..Brad

Nice shot. I like the way the tops of the flowers are lit and the light fades down the stalks. I think the image would be even better if the flower in the background at the center wasn't aligned with the flowers in front of it because there seems to be too much happening in that part of the frame.

Great shot! unisiall!
First advise-clean contacts on camera and lenses with raiser from pencil(be careful) . Yuo have to know, if that lenses compatable with you camera, may be that lens to slow. 3) go to the nikon site and ask from tech support about you problem. Hope it might be help.

Very nice photo and meaningful about Arwa.
Actually I don't know what's the problem, at first I thought the lens is not compatible with your D70 but I realised you're using a Nikon lens... sorry my friend I don't know what but I'm waiting to know the actual cause from you once you get it.

Beautiful image Arwa.
They really do look like they are floating in space.
As for the camera error it could be a number of things. Lens not locked in properly, dust on the gold lens contacts.
Best to take it in to the camera people who can look at it.

I've been using this lens since I got my d70 and it?s the first time this ever happened! i was in the middle of photographing the flowers, tomorrow i?ll go to the photography equipment store I always visit maybe they could help

I like the simple lighting.. think it would be nice to make the composition a bit tighter (focus on just a couple of the flowers. As to the error, not sure.. seems strange since you are using a Nikon lens so it should be compatible...
