You did a wonderful job capturing the moment. My father is a full-time firemen, so this picture caught my eye instantly. I have been wanting to go up to the fire station and take some pictures; however, what I lack is time.
What originally drew me towards you pictures was the comment you left for Mike Collins regarding his picture, Who's Faster? You seemed to know an awfully lot about both bull ridding and photography. What I am trying to get to is I need your help....this Saturday and Sunday our town hosting a professional rodeo, which I will be attending. While there, I plan on taking some, ok not some A LOT, of pictures...the problem is I do not know what my settings should be set on (I have a Nikon 6006). Any advice you may have would be greatly appreciated.
This is the photo hat drew me to your portfolio. Are you in the fire services? I am a fire medic, (with the emphasis mostly on medic)for Orange County Virginia. This is a really cute shot BTW! Dottie
