I really like the composition of this photograph. I like the empty space to her left, where she is looking. There is a faint shadow behind her, filling in the space just enough to keep it interesting.
She is a very lovely girl, and this is quite a flattering photograph. I think both the sepia toned and b&w versions are good for this photo, and it's difficult to choose between them!
