wow again,, you should look into interior decoratig, the way you present your photographs is totally stunning, I love the hues and softness andd a seemingly texture loot to it, and again, great eye for seeing things others miss. just beautiful Lori, I am indeed wondering if you would have an intrest in lending your talent of presentation of a photograph to my photos, you really have a knack for setting them off.. damn Im impressed

Interesting work Lori, the fabric makes a good textured border, it really matches the colors in the other photo.

I wouldn't recommend it Lori, because you'd have to come back every couple of months to patch it up! Much better to do it properly the first time... AJ

Actually, this looks like a normal staircase in a Spanish house... A great effect that workmen here take... 2 minutes to create! AJ

Wonderful Photograph Lori, Great Colors and Clarity. Very well presented.
To quote from a Ghost Busters Movie... "Where do these stairs go?" ... " UP!" was the reply by Bill Murry... ;~}
Thanks for sharing, and thanks for the wonderful comment on my Rose Photo... GOD Bless... Your friend, Peter Daniel

Hi Roger, OK...I'll throw in my hat for the 'original frame' contest! LOL Thanks, L:)

Well, I think it certainly deserves an "original frame" prize. And you've made the photo in the frame match the frame, which is a nice contrarian approach! Interesting...

Hi Margaret, Thanks so much. I'm not sure if I could even repeat it again! On the stairs, I added the 'fabric' on top of it, then changed (in Photoshop CS) the layer to 'screen' and lightened the opacity. After I got all that to look good to me, I flattened it, added a dropshadow. Then I took the original 'fabric' picture and slid the combination pix on top of it. Basically that's about it, then the frames.
Glad you liked it, I really enjoyed doing this type of thing. Lori ;)
