Excellent capture Peter,superb composition with the clouds behind the aircraft

The Ir filter is quite dark therefore the long shutter speed,and there isn'T much noise

Thanks for your comments, Mahamed. The clouds were already there. I wish in hindsight that I had a polarizer with me to get better saturation on the sky. No time to think of these things when a bomber is flying at you. Unfortunately I did not go on the flight. I probably will if there is another opportunity.

Perfect, simply perfect. I can almost hear the droning of the radials and smell the kerosene! By the way, were the clouds already there or were they added? Did you went along for the flight?

It's a simple and pretty shot, but admittedly wanted either to see more of the plane, or perhaps some other element in the frame t help with dynamics.
Good stuff though!
