Wow, Rafi, that's great! I love the look of the shinyness on that cheese. The brilliant orange made me think back to your previous image, 'orange ribbon'. :)
mmm, just the sight of that cheese makes me long for some Israeli food... I could use a couple falafels right about now... one in each hand. :) I visited Israel 5 years ago, and that was one of the highlights of the trip.
