About With accumulated jet-lag...

one starts to fiddle and dream...

all about having...

a safe anchorage...

Ok, you've figured out what you want, checked your finances and you're ready to buy the boat to carry you to the ends of the earth. Before you run off in all directions at once get organized and get ready for some serious negotiations.

Some buyers do get lucky, find the boat they want right away and get the right price without any problems. And some of us go through a nightmare or two before finding our ultimate dream.

The problem, at least from our experience, is dealing with yacht brokers.

Good Luck... And Do Not Leave Home Without A Life Preserver... And A Bottle Of Hooch!

Deep. I'm still working out the meaning of all the elements you've put together: the bow-end frame of a boat (planks are missing cause I see water), the anchor with a broken arm hanging from a corner frame, the bird house, the pouring rain, the ghostly terrain and a weather-beaten tree, and the blue-green pencil-thin cross. Beautiful color combination, especially that bright yellow lamp (which could symbolize a guiding star)... Deep, definitely deep matey ...Gab

What's the most important in dishwashing on the board - drying up....
What's the most important in sailing - good company...

I like the dreamlike aura to this composition, the colours are softly muted. It has an 'offcentre' look to it, which gives the feeling of being 'in the boat' or 'all at sea@ :) trying to make the decision - maybe excellent

Oh, I do love your playing on this. Well done - feels like it belongs to a childrens story. Maybe you can write some words to go with your art? You know how I feel about you doing that. You know, The Princess Bride was written after the author asked his 2 girls what he should write a story about - one said Princess' and the other said Brides and there you have it. :) Let me know if you need a topic - I have the kids to help.
