Great action shot, Gregory - with a nice frame to finish it off for us.
This really is a world away from the answer to 'What is it?'
[I can see why you decided my picture was of 'City Hall' (or the Council House, as people in Britain usually say). Actually it was a side view of St Philip's Cathedral in the middle of Birmingham, but the plainness that you might associate with a more secular building is often found in Protestant architecture. Thanks for commenting, anyway.]
