Good use of a long lens - brought the ducks right into the frame, and compressed the subjects in a way that emphasied the ducklings following the mother. Nice touch with the reflection of the duck in the water. My only wish is that the colour wasn't quite so dull, however that's asking a lot when the subjects themselves are mostly browns and what looks to be an overcast day kept the water muted as well. Nevertheless a wonderful image and a reminder of what I can look forward to in the coming months.
