Exciting, Gayle. Like a visual riddle. I like the encounter between geometrical shapes and organic texture and BLUR - it's a must I believe, blur, always... :)

Hi,new original conception dear Gayle.Beautiful photoart,I think a realism never rise above art because the realism is lacking in the extension of mind.

This image causes a visual conflict, Gayle. The sharp details on the window pull the eye in, but it WANTS to wander over and examine the ivy, but nooo! The sharpness keeps grabbing my eye (ow!).

It vaguely resembles the mood that Sudek often portrays. But it's good you're taking it your own way. This is the kind of vision that would work extremely well with a Holga or even a Diana camera.

Hi Gayle, just put some shots up and noticed this one close by. Very nice - again has a bit of a Sudek feel to it. Feels very old and classic.Well done, Mark
