Aha, thought the post was full frame standing up. Think I agree with you, the horizontal has more context but it works and does not detract attention from the eye (which is a very strong attention grabber). I flipped it just to see what would happen. The eye then becomes a bit octopus-like with tentacles going down. /Hansi

Like a whale passing by a rusty ship wreck. I thought about a horizontal compo, but turning my head here, I realize the vertical compo is the better one. Love the rusty texures. /H
