Thanks Judi, Yes, I saw the mole too but my subject was standing here and said she liked her mole so I left it. I also kind of wanted it gone but then thought, something like that really does make the individual. Thanks again for y ou comment!

Gorgeous relaxing shot. I would probably remove the black dot on the bottom of her eye as it is a little distracting from such a beautiful face.

very beautiful portrait in a great light setup. Windows are the photographers best friends :)
Very nice B&W. I like this one better than the color version you uploaded later. But then I'm very much a B&W fan.

umm i will use like a white see through drapery material, or even a white sheet, even tule can be effective... all of these can modify the light beautifully, then for an added kick try a reflector on the opposite side of the window that is just fantastic... i try to experiment with different materials for both reflector and modifier... most of my window light portraits i use film (no pun intended) and since my scanner really doesnt do any prints justice, i dont scan them.. let me know when you experiment with some of this... i would love to see...!

very nice. sometimes i will put a sheer material over the window, or something to just dull it a bit and it becomes soft beautiful light.... this is a great image....

Thanks Bryan, No, I didn't use anything on the light other than checking this particular window at different times of the day to find a really good time. It is north facing and seems to be a really good light most early afternoons.
