Dang, I think you are obsessed with that darn ferris wheel! Well I think you have done such a wonderful job with it you should start a project of ferris wheels across the country and do a book! I'm not kidding! I love this image. The composition is excellent. I love the five (arguably six) bands of color that draw you into the image and keep you wandering around it. Nicely done. Good stuff Lily!

This is really a great capture.. what I like about it is the different elements in the composition...the colors...the beach scene... the reflection on the beach.. the ferris wheel and of course the mountains/hills in the distance.. I cannot see how to improve this image.. great work

A really lovely silhouette, Lily! It captures a wonderful sense of atmosphere. I imagine the strains of fairground music reaching us faintly over the wet sand... and who could resist walking barefoot along that beach.

Very nice composition with the water edge leading the eye all the way to the wheel. I like the beautiful light and colours in the sky and the nice placement of the elements in the frame.

Beautiful colors and composition. I like how the leading lines of the beach goes straight to the subject. The foot prints also add to the photograph. This is very outstanding work! 7++

What beautiful colours Lily... vibrant pastel shades (if that males sense?).The diagonals on this all emphasise and lead the eye to the ferris wheel, which is well silhouetted against the setting sun. Keeping the virtual convergence point outside the frame has worked very well as it makes the eye follow a broad 'path' along the wet shore, where it picks up on those wonderful reflections and the first suggestion of the wheel. Wonderful shot and very well presented.

This is a great shot, Lily. The diagonals lead all to a point outside the picture, quasi mirrored by the ferries wheel. Beautiful pastel colors, excellent composition. Congrats!
