Haha... I know how you feel!!! The number of times I've been running around after an insect with a camera glued to my eye!!! Certainly get some funny looks!
Nice shot Laurie. The butterfly is beautifully detailed and has no overly dak spots, yet you've also managed to avoid blowing out the highlights. Well done!

That's a series of great macros you posted recently, culminating in the gem. It's razor sharp, the colors are gorgeos and the dof perfect. Speaking of crazy, that's what people probably think of me, over 75 years old lying on his belly to capture a weed...
