About This was the beginning of my journey to become a photographer. About a yr. ago. This was what I was all about when I first started. I loved the mood of this one for some reason.

Debbie Try project #3 Intimate Portrait before you try #1 it may be a better choice for you personally. Just my 2 cents.

Hi Altaf. Thanks. On Jan. 1st 2002 I loaded my vivitar camera up with TMax b&w with the intention on working for at least a month on the Project #1. It has been really to cold here to get the little ones out too much at this time but as soon as the weather gets better I will get them side. They do grow so fast! I personally just loved this one and plan on doing more b&w this year. Again Thanks.

I think you should concentrate on this series of images more than anything else right now, see where it leads you. This would work as a series of 10 images. Think about it and if you think I'm right go shoot them. If you think I'm wrong go shoot them anyway and prove me wrong.

Debbie, My first thought when I saw this image was it's real (real good)! If it was posed she wouldn't have been sitting on her legs, it would have been framed lower. What works for me is the leaf beside her. I'm not a big fan of black and whites but some of them just catch my eye like this one. Good job!

You know that's exactly what I thought Alisa about her expression on her face. I have one like this with her and her brother and they are laughing. I probably will post it soon to show the "happiness" of the children. I'm not quite sure how the general public feels about expressions such as this one that Alexis has because she is a child?

This is beautiful, Debbie! Love the black and white. I wish you would really work on portraits and abstracts. You really have a talent for them! There I have said it again!
David just made one comment on this. He suggested it would have been even better if you had take some off of the top in the shooting and got some below the swing. Keep at it, you are doing really well.
