Awesome, supernatural atmosphere. Of course a composite, but that doesn`t make any difference as you said. To get a perfect "all is right" feeling, I would add some straight shadows since you create a backlit situation here, the stones are lighted from the right side in reality.

Would thank for your comment.
It is not to be answered importantly the question, manipulated became whether a picture, or not. Much more importantly it is to be viewed on the idea and the masterly presentation. I ask also no magic about its secrets. Therewith would be lost go all fascinations and illusion. Sincerely Gerhard

Hola Maria,
I thank you for your nice comment. I think, that it is not important, how a picture emerged. It plays alone a role how the picture influences the spectator. The idea is original, convincing, and the photo in a masterly technology was worked. These are the most important criteria that a picture should make convincing. One asks also no magic about its secrets. Therewith each work loses its fascination. Kisses out of Essen Gerhard

Hey, awesome. Love the concept and the title especially. The only thing I'd recommend is to go back to this exact spot if you can and do this again and again, different times around sunset, different variations in weather, etc. The idea is awesome and, well, it's Stonehenge, now see if you can capture it again with maybe a little more detail. Although I do love that red glow, I sense this could be made "more perfect".

Extremely powerful. Is this a straight image or was it altered in an art program? Regardless, it's still an awesome image.
