About I spotted this little dragonfly today, and managed to capture a few good shots. It has amazing colours almoust neon blue , and I love the textures on the wings. I have no clue what kind of Dragonfly this is so help me out please.

I think this is a white legged damselfly (platycnemis pennipes), but I'm not 100% sure of that.
Correct me if I?m wrong.
