Paul,
Yes, it is a public (?) bench outside a Wal-Mart.
I was waiting for my wife to finish shopping. I had to turn the image on its side, because when viewed in a landscape perspective, the x's didn't demand enough attention. In the portrait view, it seems to pull the eye to this area.
