Nie shot. Looks like something one would see in a fashion magazine, the beautiful model along with the cross processing has really made this stand out. Also the bush behind her heads looks like as if she's wearing a crown :).
But there are a few things that I see worth mentioning.
1. There seems to be some dust or specks that need to be cleaned.
2. The highlights seem to be washed out, it could be that you made this effect intentionally.
3. Would like to crop from the bottom to remove some of the twigs as it is drawing too much attention.
