No Angelo, I agree with you - As far as I know it (Terrorism from/going outside of the Middle East) all started with the Munich Olympics in '72 but I don't have very good shots to rep. that - I only have shots of the stadium taken years later - but now you've given me a new idea. Here, I'm talking about the Bin Laden / El Qaeda era of terrorism. You must admit, it's more hard core - ANYTHING goes attitude is disturbing. The IRA always called in warnings ahead of time. That's a bit better - slightly. Mark

p.s. I think the picture is fantastic, and the use of grain adds a nice quality to it.

Hi Mark, when did you open your eyes? ;)
The world was spinning out of control long before the twin-towers atrocities. Maybe the people safe and sound in US soil just didn't know or care to know, before.
Before 9/11 it was Ok for Irish-Americans to fund the IRA, which then planted bombs in London. Or for the CIA or Congress to fund contras, mujahideen (bin Laden etc) and other groups which... commited acts of "terrorism" (though a different word was used then) abroad.
The world keeps on spinning. Maybe it's faster now, though...
