Beautiful shot. Light, colors look wpnderful. Do you have any other photos of the umayyad mosque of .damascus. It is one of the buildings that I want to see most.

As photographers, we are witnesses and open doors to others. By proposing our portfolios in alocation such as usefilm we all exchange our vision of the world. Here in usefilm I found rebels and conformists, peace and sometimes polemics about political issues. But at the end all of us we share the same lifeguide : respect, tolerance, and freedom.

Wayne, this man was praying while the mosque was not very crowded. I was watching him and my own feelings became overwhelming and that's what I call light : suddenly you understand many things without any word indeed...

Many times, people think religion is only an addition of behavours, education, and standard actions depending on a social defined environment.
Here what I see is a man in front a his light. We can even feel his prayers for the same ideal as each of us.
