after looking at this one again, I am struck by the production method of the sign- a crude, hand-made stencil and two colors of spray paint to make it look snappy. I used the same method when I was running for student body vice president in 1972. My slogan? Replace Mickey Mouse Poltitcs with Donald Duck Politics" I lost.
I imagine this guy sitting in his garage, huffing paint fumes, with dollar signs dancing in his head. "I'm agonna git RICH teachin them messicans an ayrabs an armeenies how to talk good like me. Hah!"
