On second thought, My rework isn't much of an improvement. Still hope you see my point, though...:)

Hi Petal, Excellent perspective in this one. Love the contrast between the ferris wheel and the deep blue of the sky... Nitpicking, the only thing I would look into is changing the levels a bit to make the white more white in stead of the yellowish tone it has now. Per attached, a version with a bit more pushed tones in the white. Other than that, I really like this shot. Again, the wide frame works well. Nice and subtle....
Cheers,
Hugo

Beautiful work Petal, love the colors and the composition, maybe it's just me, but it seems just a bit busy..taken from a great perspective and I can see where it would be difficult to have it any other way..I haven't been to a carnival in a long long time...did you have fun?...:):)Linda

Interesting perspective and different from the normal ferris wheel shots we see! Looks very very high from this viewpoint.... Now... did you go up and take some aerial shots too??? Fab shot Petal!

Very nice angle, Petal. And also congratulations on choosing a good time of the day to take the photo, when there was still some good colour in the sky.
If you had a tripod or some other means of supporting the camera, it would have been interesting to try a slower shutter speed and get the effect of some trailing lights.
