I'm viewing things in reverse order Larry so excuse if I say something that's answered elsewhere.
This is real cool. Looking at the proportions of this beast there's not much room for the passenger compartment. One enormous boot (trunk) and look at the size of the engine section. What's hiding under there? At a guess I'd say a V8 or the like. I particularly like also those wire wheel. Very classy.

You know what I know Larry...this was at a car show...I'd never seen one before but a web search seems to indicate it's some kind of high end kit car....I found a couple for sale from $70-80 thousand...glad you like it...I thought it is really cool...thanks
