Very nice capture Eman, I like the composition and the angle,
There is only one thing, the sly is a little bet pixulized, maybe due to over compression,

I like the diagonal composition of the photo Eman....

I prefer the colour one but notice a few little issues with the shot which detract from the wonderful overall feel...
There is some pixellation in the sky (maybe the result of jpg compression?)
The horizon is tilted severely to the right
and the sky is a little over exposed behind the boats.
Compositionally the boats are terrific with the duplication of the foreground/background boat being particularly effective. Great colours on the boats too.
