I took yet another picture with the same framing focusing the Hercules, but this was the one i had in mind, with the raindrops in focus.
It was one of the worst photographic day of my life... awful weather!

Nice shot. Interesting choice of focus, wouldn't normally have occurred to me to not focus on the aircraft.
The greyish toning well reflects the mood of the image.

to sit in such a weather is definately not acceptable but it is a nice photo and could use the title enjoying the rain, the thunderstrom and the whole scene
