Peter, I am so sorry you lost Pokey. We have always had dogs and I know how horrible that last ride to the vet's is. This is a nice remembrance picture.

Oh Peter, I am so sorry to read that your Pokey died. I know it hurts. The little four-legged family members that we love give us unconditional love in return, and provide us with so many memories of things that they did to make them so special to us. It's always sad when a pet member of the family dies. They have no clear promise of eternal life, as we have, so maybe their heaven--and their hell--is life with us, their owners... That's a sobering thought. But at least she lives on in TumTum and Prissy (both fine-looking dogs, by the way!).

God Bless you, Peter- I have lost 3 dear pets this last year- and then my father died in July. I miss them all... you got some terrific photos of these precious little ones. I hope your heart heals soon and you will always smile when remembering sweet Pokie.

I am sorry to hear that :( I myself have a POM who looks simillar to Pokey (maybe a darker red). Mickey (thats his name) will be one this October. It seems like I just got him though.
