No filter. Just had to expose longer in order to blur the water and to compensate for failing light.
In a perfect world, I'd have set a couple of remote flashes focused on the house. But....that's in a perfect world so I had to make do with what I had.

Nice shot Jason. You got the desired result within existing light conditions. You didn't need filter to decrease the light?
