I used an ND3. Next tile, I will try different exposures. Cheers

I actually did shoot with an ND3. Balacing the exposure under a midday sun is tricky. Thank you for the advice.

Beautiful composition... Great colors... It should have been great if maybe the tress in the middle should not be underexposed... This makes the picture to lose depth... Maybe it will help and ND graduated filter as Ron Says... or trying to meter the exposure from the middle and the recompose the image... This is a little trickie, as you have to take care not to burn the sky... Take your shots trying different exposures...

I like it! take a dozen shots to make sure you have the best when faced with a great shot like this. I used a graduated ND filter that seemed to help balance the underexposure of the dark trees or overexposure of the sky depending on metering..
