What a Masterpiece my friend... My hat is off to you... At first I couldn't figure out how you stopped the wings @ 1/15th of a second, but after reading the Actual info: I do understand now...
Using the on board flash @ -1.5 ev. is nothing less than Genius my friend,

Very cool Mary Sue! I could never do these sort of shots...
I'm thinking, maybe a faster shutter speed? The 10d can do iso400 beautifully... So there's one extra stop right there... :-)

I like this image of the two. The depth of field, color and detail of the dragon fly are all well done. Though a slightly different angle would have brought the wings out more. Kudos to you.
