The balance is just right Susie, nicely done.
To get a more 3D effect use a bevelled frame and add some shadows cast from the flowers onto the frame. (Well that sounds good in theory, I've been playing around with that myself and haven't cracked the technique yet :( )

Another Wonderful Photograph Susie, Great Colors and Clarity. Very well presented. I like the in and out effect you did here. I think the flowwer at the top is abit close. Either give more green background or crop more making it look like it's behind the frame.
