Very nice shot and great combination.... the B&W and the old house!!! Wonderful view, angle and composition... well done!!! The only little but is the IMHO somewhat too soft focus, but by adding grain and sharpening it a bit.... have a look... hope you like it... if not let me know... ;-D!!!

I like old things too dear Marian, they have such character, I think your black and white tones are effective here, and the overgrown shrubbery further enhances the feeling of neglect...very nicely done...:):)
