That is little magic. In the PS, open image.I will do duplicate, original close. (Image - Duplicate).
We are making in continued on the copy.
( Filter - Sharpen - Unsharp Mask... Amount ~230 , Radius 2,9 ; Threshold 2 ; OK )
/ Ctrl+j ; Ctrl+j / PALET LAYERS klick eye in Layer 1 copy , next, klick Layer 1
Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur... Radius ~17-30 OK
Klick Layer 1 copy , Elliptical Marquee ( Make oval in the focus )
Press Select - Feather ~50 pixels OK
Klick Add layer mask ( on the right Layers palet, down)
Press Layer - Merge Visible
