Great Compo' James. Nice tones and angles, throws the eye around alot, nice one. The only thing I personally would change, is not having so much contrast on the sky, nice colours but to much Contrast, so looks a tad bleached, nice mixture between the blue sky and grey concrete.

Ps. Often I make the same mistake, as I find it difficult to make a weak sky stronger yet smooth.
