This is neat Don. The subject is so sharp and a great DOF. One thing that draws my attention is how the ropes disappear in the bottom left corner.

Extremely well composed. I like how the movement leads us into the picture. The relfections nd hues of the ropes are very attractive against the background.

Nice how your framing softens the edges. I like the chain included in the shot...a similar pattern is duplicated in the rope braids.

Interesting the way this rope is woven. Certainly different than the normal big hauser! Great shot! I like the composition. Is the color from a different fibre?
