I do like the colours, and the way the zigzag colours in the clouds are mirrored by the ripples in the water.
Did you consider cropping the foreground a little? There's not much going on there, although I realise that you might wish to keep the aspect ration constant, in which case cropping would also mean losing some of the silhouette.
