Thanks for sharing. I love Twins photos. But usually one of the two are reluctant for a shot. But you got this one right. Very nice.

It's an interesting effect, but I'd be inclined to go with the original. It had a grittiness which made the closeness and intimacy of the twins even stronger, to my mind. But nevertheless, I think this is a good image, and well done!

Beth..I actually converted the original to infrared using a filter in post production.I wanted the washed look so it would feel old and faded..I have never heard of the artist and the comparison seems to be a compliment. Thank you!

Reminds me of a series that Joyce Tenneson did. As you may know, she has this fascination with twins (since her mother and aunt were identical twins and her mother passed away at an early age). Everything from the pose to the accessories remind me of her style. Was this intentional?
I like the shot, but it seems very bleached out. There is no black black in this shot (just shades of gray).
