i'm very impressed whith this serie... i love these visions of urban/industrial inhumanity. titanic proportions, hostile perspectives, suffocating spaces... do you like VNV nation? i think their music fits well...

Love the way you composed and arranged that. But what makes it for me is the softnes but at the same time detailed with structure. Great one emy!

..this kind of urban backyard have always given to me feeling of fear and inner cold vertigo since the my childhood time....so i see timorous your ancestral vision...great value is added by a perfect cure of the B/N tones....
great return, Emy
compliments,
marco

Hey Emy, what a pleasure to see you again :). And what come back!! Very powerfull composition. We are attracted to the hole in the left and the middle one, and feel distorted in the right one.. The tones are perfect.
How some finally, classical view, can give very strong effect through your eyes..
Excellent Emy

Vertigo was my initial impression :-) Not only in the individual images but in the way they are arranged together. Good to see you 'round.

Welcome back Em ....... you must have had a very busy summer to be gone so long. All good I hope. I really like your touch with B+W. These shots, devoid of human warmth, give a good assessment of modern society. Modern architecture though beautiful in it's own way, leaves me cold. The modern world in it's pursuit of $$$$$$, often does the same. And I am no better, I often fall into the same trap.

I don't know, it seems it gives me a feeling of confusion. The best part of this image for me is that it means that "You are back!" and with wonderful new work~

Em,

Nice to see you back! Missed you and your work so much. Dark, haunting and pulls you right in. This is an excellent image. Excellent perspective also. I am deathy afraid of heights and this image draws me in with fear and feelings of vertigo - staring at this image, I can actually feel it! An image that makes you feel, elict emotions and gets a response from the viewer is a great image!

Love you,
Jeff

John Dittrich words are just what i was going to write...
The small "patio" are often so dark places and you are lucky that have a flat or work on a lighter level - look at the darkness down there,it almost drag me down. Suggestive collage and also it has a motion picture cutting.
Nice to seee you here again dear Emily!!!
