Mitch, This is and interesting photo. I have only one small suggestion. I'm not sure if you can, but see if you could try to focus just a tad bit on the back of his neck area, near the collar of his suit to take some of softness/blur out it seems to have a dizzying effect, which in MO makes me lose the general idea of the photo. The red fits well in this photo which makes it all come together. You have done and excellent job, ending up with a great photo for your portfolio.
