The light is really nice and the building and setting are interesting.

But there is something not quite right happening on the left side of the frame. The rocks in the foreground and the electricity post in the background are blurred and fringed. The rest of the pic seems ok, so I have no idea what happened here.

Composition-wise, the building is a bit too central, and perhaps you could make better use of the road to lead the eye into the picture.
