Agree with the need of a tripod or monopod, at least. Improves stability a lot.
Cheers,
Endre

i used tripod in this shot ahmed, but i wanted to show person in 3 differnet poses with the 3 colours, so if u looked well u will see him but very shallow,i am think of cover the down part of the lens, with black card, and take the shoots for the light, then i will remove the card bit by bit so i can make the person apper,, if u got what i mean... so what do u think , and mohsen too could u tell me if u have any ideas , thanks :)

Dear Moe , it is not a matter of iso 400 or 800, U can get better result with even 100 .
Just to say , Tripod is important , also the shutter speed , U should also choose the point U are focusing at , whether it is moving or steady , all these factor should be taken into conideration , i might suggest that ,
Tripod + iso 200 + shutter speed 1/4 sec + f 5 or even 6 . then vary the shutter speed to get the desired result , also focus the camera on an advertisment or any thing in the middle .
best regards
