A fine portrait, George. Good job of lighting under the hat which usually puts a dark shadow on the face. Great expression! Well done! Larry

Is a fine capture George, I like how you see things, with your mind and camera as one....if that makes sense??

he was aware of your presence and this was destructing in my opinion; I am not sure but it seems also that unfocused background was obtained by post processing work which is not a so perfect technique up until now (in general speaking, not your own)

Well, Gayle, it is a wonderful country--maybe the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The countryside is glorious--OK it is rainy. All that green has a price. Driving from town to town is great--as if you're in a time machine. That is changing, though, I think. A tide of prosperity has swept the country and everything is "developing." Do try to get there before Wal-Mart! ;-)

Just a clumsy typo in my comment on your photo, Rafi. What I intended to say was "suitably." I'm afraid my drive to post comments often undermines my proof-reading. Thanks . . .

...and onother great portrait from you, accentuating the musician's hands and eyes. Thank you, George, for your generous comment on my "Sunrise over Aqaba." What do you mean by "suited?" Best regards, Rafi

An Irish cowboy eh! Whatever next? Wot no clock? Not even a watch visible. Good portrait though George, he looks a little confused - he's lost track of time..... ;~}
