About	Taken in the upper reaches of the Brisbane river. The water here was actually flowing upstream! Because of the drought the river here is just a series of water holes, there must be s spring in a lower one because the water was flowing upstream into this one.

Negative space - is that what it's called. Thanks Ian for the constructive comment.

This was just as it came out of the camera, apart from a minor crop and the resize so I'll have a play when I get a chance and see what happens.

Really nice job on the composition and use of so called negative space, the softness and lack of contrastlet's it down though. I wonder if some editing could pull this round as it seems worth some work. Ian
