mmmm... ok, intersting comment Carsten... thank you. i will try the suggested changes. but i have to say that among all these baroque pics very few i can be proud of. they do have many imperfections, like too much noise, bad focus and other things. all them were taken in very difficult conditions, and without tripod. if that does not justify presenting them to the public in this mediocre condition as works of photo art, at least they serve as document for the riches of my country.
but what about that NeatImage? can it resolve some of these problems? maybe some pics could be turned into a better condition! surely i would be glad if that could be possible!!! you know, i have taken about 700 pics in my last trip but most of them were lost because technical problems!!! i could not verify the images' quality during the trip and had to rely on the miniscreen of the camera, and i went crazy when i noted the terrible result!!!! to take photos belonging to a tour group always in a hurry does not work at all.......

From your Brazilian Baroque series, I like the most those symmetric compositions. I guess it was handheld, so you have some color noise (perhaps a case for NeatImage, great piece of software !). What I would change is the left side, there I would apply a perspective correction to get the full symmetry and orthogonal lines.

Interesante. Olhando o exterior, ninguem iria suspeitar que magnificência fica por dentro. Você deveria publicar um livro com estas fotos impressionantes. Parabéns!
