I agree about hunting but this was a cull of deer and this one was old, badly injured and put out of it's misery. Nothing worse than seeing a helpless injured wild animal. But agree with Pat, big macs may be made of pigs feet but pigs still have to die and have probably had a hell of a life beforehand unlike this deer which was wandering free in the Cairngorms for around 13 years.

Sorry to disagree with Pat, but Big Macs aren't actually made of beautiful creatures such as this stag, but from pig's toe nails mainly :).
Indeed this is a wonderful shot, but it doesn't change the fact that hunting in this day and age is a very cruel "sport".

Well composed. Being from South Dakota I have absolutley no problem with your photograph. But, you may get some heat from those that think there Bic Macs are grown on trees...
