Wild image mundh. The actual lights are blurred but the reflections show the lights sharp. Very electric image

not exatly dougles, this was taken on a night where i went to take some underwater shots. n thought of takin a shot towards the light from up. the distortion is their cus of the water waves n also i set the camera ISO for 400 .this is untouched image. thanks for ur beautiful comment.
