Nice lights you captured Chris. Also, you managed to capture reflection on the water.
However, it would be better if you use Kodak Elitechrome, ISO 100 to add the vividness and to distinguish certain light colours from the other.
In framing point of view, I think this one is excellent. So no worries mate, keep up the good work! Cheers.

80A filter (Dark Blue @2 stops)is for tungsten lights so I bracket shots. Time exposure @5min (experiment with it). It has been awhile since I don't night shots.

I agree with Mirek Towski, also when I do night shot. I always use slide film. they seem too turn out beter. use Fuji velvia 50 or 100 with a 80A filter.

I like the reflecion concept and Your cropping, as the line where the water and land meet is slightly bellow the middle of the frame. But I think You exectuted this shot a bit too late. If came a bit earlier, when there was a bit of sun glow left, there would be some detail recognizable in the sky and the tungsten lights wouldn't be so burned in against this deep dark vastness. I would reshoot this picture at around 10-30min after sunset. I encourage You to experiment
